Ingredients
6apples peeled, cored,chopped (any variety)
4red or black plums pitted and chopped (Not peeled)
1tspground cardamom
⅓cupbrown sugar
1tspgrated orange zest
1cinnamon stick
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large pot.
Cook for 10 minutes covered on medium high heat.
Using a rubber spatula or masher break up the fruit as much and you can. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 more minutes or until the fruit is completely broken down.
Place in mason jars and keep refrigerated
Notes
Feel free to add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter sauce.
